The wearable in bra breast pumps that I purchased from Relievoo have been a game changer. I have been able to express on the go and even infront of family and strangers, I've even took the bus and gone to appointments, I even did a driving lesson with them on. Im only 3 and a half weeks in and my milk supply is well established now and I have been able to completely get rid of formula from 3-4days old and now having a considerable stash in the freezer and fridge of milk ready to use. All whilst still feeding my little one at each feed. Im an exclusively expressed breast milk mama. As my lil one hasn't latched since using bottles in hospital. But I'm ok with that as I'm now experiencing a level of freedom I never have previously with my other children. This has given my baby, myself and my family the chance to have the best of both worlds.

I really wanted to like this pump but unfortunately the pumping/suction is not very effective and I was not able to draw any milk, despite getting a lot of milk out with other pumps. Would not recommend
Pumps are great for wearables they pretty much empty me out which is great. Pumps took a bit to arrive but every time I emails I got a quick response from the customer service team.
Very disappointing experience. I placed my order on 01/09/2026 under the impression, based on the advertised delivery timeframe, that it would arrive within 3–5 working days in the UK. I have since received conflicting information, including an email stating that the order had been delivered. I can confirm that I have not received the product. I was also never provided with any tracking information or even details of which courier was delivering the parcel. I have emailed Relievoo twice to request an update and a refund. Instead of resolving the issue or addressing my refund request, I have simply been told that they will be “chasing” the delivery company. My requests for a refund have effectively been ignored. At this point, I am extremely disappointed with both the delivery service and the way my complaint has been handled. I would expect a company to take responsibility for an order that I have paid for but have not received, rather than repeatedly passing the issue to the delivery company.
My product hasn’t arrived yet
Very very unimpressed. This order took over 3 weeks to arrive after the delivery was ‘lost’. They couldn’t give me the name of the courier service or proper tracking information. They resent the order and said I’d have compensation… where is this compensation? I almost had mastitis after their current pumps which I use, stopped working as the batteries die after 10mins of pumping or sooner. The order has FINALLY arrived after desperately needing the new pumps and they are IDENTICAL to the Kmart pumps. If I wanted Kmart pumps then I would’ve bought from there… not to mention an extra $50 from this company. I’m extremely unhappy not going to use the pumps I’m asking for a return and refund to go buy quality pumps elsewhere. The ‘carry case’ is a flimsy mesh bag. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND

Very easy to use
I was really looking forward to this product after waiting for 2 weeks for it. Especially when delivery times stated 3-5days. Ive tried this pump twice all fitted correctly the idea is great, but it leaked terribly each time. So would not recommend due to this. How would I return item? For price paid, sorry to say I would not think this is worth the price.

It has been extremely difficult to get in touch with your customer service team. The phone number provided on your website appears to be inactive, leaving email as the only way to obtain an update. I placed my order on 23 August, and today is 7 September. I have been following up regularly regarding the delivery, but the only way to receive an update is via email, where responses are taking an average of at least 6 hours. What is particularly concerning is that your website currently shows the order as delivered, even though I have not received it. Your customer service team has also confirmed via email that there is a glitch on the website, which is causing the incorrect delivery status to be displayed. The overall customer service experience has been very disappointing. I have repeatedly been given assurances that the order will be delivered soon, but there has been no clear resolution or accountability. At this stage, I would really appreciate a clear and honest update confirming whether my order will actually be delivered, and if so, when I can realistically expect to receive it. I would prefer a definite answer rather than another assurance that it will be delivered “soon.” Please look into this urgently and provide a clear resolution.
